My name is Louie Leach and I live in Jonesborough with my two daughters, Ariel and Drew.
I traveled from Maine to the Tri-Cities area in 1993 as a restaurant manager. Managing restaurants for ten years has allowed me to understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
