Karen Randolph

Karen S. Randolph is a licensed Broker in both Tennessee and Virginia and the Relocation Director of her firm. She is seasoned veteran and has earned the ABR, CRB, CRS, and GRI professional designations. She is a past President of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR) and was selected to receive both NETAR's Hall of Fame and NETAR's 2005 Realtor of the Year.
Karen served as Division 3 Vice-President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR). She is one of fifteen statewide Trustees of the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation. This nonprofit educational foundation serves the real estate industry and it's 26,000 Realtor� members.
She is a Board of Director for the state association and has served as the GRI State Chapter President. In the past, she has served as a forum panelist for TAR, as well as a personal contact for the Leadership TAR program. She was appointed in 2004 to serve on the National Association of Realtors Education Committee.
Karen serves on the Tusculum College President's Advisory Council (Kingsport) and is a member of the Junior League of Kingsport. She is a graduate of Leadership Kingsport. Karen was honored with the prestigious award "40 under 40" presented to her by the Business Journal of Tri-Cities. She is an active member of Higher Ground Baptist Church and currently teaches the Heartseekers Sunday School Class and sings in the Praise and Worship Choir.
